So dark we had to name it twice!
While some people like their coffee silky smooth, others like it a little rough. We agree that a hint of "roast" can add complexity to a coffee profile but we refuse to burn our beans.
Black Noir is our attempt to ride the ragged edge. The result blew us away! The brew is dark, very dark, but amazingly sweet. Even our staff members who wouldn't normally touch a dark roast coffee find that a little Black Noir added to their regular medium coffee blend makes it a little more special; a little more interesting.
